change later, after the approval of this stage.
The concept of cellular housing was taken.
The space is divided into individual and common areas.
To implement the concept of a capsule hotel with a common space, it is necessary
to redevelop the current layout.
More detailed plans for dismantling and installation can be found in a separate file
with drawings.
Due to the new layout, the capsule hotel can comfortably accommodate 9 persons.
Let's take a closer look at each of the rooms.
Room with individual capsules
This room has 5 capsules that include a bed, storage space, a fold-out table, and a
mirror on the inside of the door.
Natural sunlight enters the capsules, which helps not to feel trapped and closed
inside. It will also improve indoor airflow.

Let's take more detailed a look at the capsule concept
Сapsules has a minimalistic modern design, which meets the needs of the target
audience of the capsule hotel.
The capsule has 2.3 meters height sliding door with the number of the capsule. Every
door has a personal lock.
You can also see the shutters, which are placed above the height of average person.
The capsule has a bed, a folding table where you can work, eat, watch a movie, and
there is also plenty of space for personal items.
The inner side of the door is mirrored, which visually increases the space of the
room. The second mirror is located under the lockers for things.
This animation shows how the lockers and the table open. On the table, you can
comfortably work with a laptop or have lunch.
Bags or other large items can be stored in a cabinet near the bed. The lid of the
cabinet serves as a coffee table.
A large suitcase can be placed under the bed and there is still room for other things.
A person can rent this capsule for a long time, because there is quite a lot of useful
space in it. There are also personal lockers in the kitchen and large cabinets in the
lounge area.

Section №6
This section is well suited for couples or those who want more space but don't want
to rent a regular room.
It contains a double bed, a wardrobe, a cabinet near the bed, a table and a chair.

Section №7
This section contains a double bed, pantry, table, chair and nightstand next to the
bed, which opens from above. The top cover of the cabinet can be used as a coffee
table. The pantry is separated from the room by a door.

Kitchen
The kitchen has an open space plan. There are 7 personal lockers for each of the
capsules, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, extractor
hood. There is a table where you can have lunch or just drink coffee.
Along the cooking area, the walls are covered with tiles to prevent damage to the
walls from various splashes.

Next to the kitchen, there is an area with washbasins and hair dryers. It is separated
from the kitchen by a row of wooden panels, which are located at an angle. There are
also mirrors placed at an angle of 90 degrees, for an optical increase of space.
Due to the angle of the wooden plates, the space is not visually closed, but at the same time, people from the kitchen do not see people near the washbasins.

Bathroom
The bathroom has 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms. At a 20 cm distance from the wall
to which the sewer riser adjoins, a plasterboard structure is mounted, behind which
all communications are hidden.
There is a mirror on the wall, which optically enlarges the corridor space.
The larger shower room has additional shelves behind which there is a mirror.
Lounge area
This is a common recreation area. At the entrance, there are large cabinets for each
of the standard capsules. There you can store outerwear, shoes and other large
items. There is also a table, soft bean bags, a TV with game consoles. Near the table,
there is a small chest of drawers in which board games and other things are stored.
A sliding projector screen hangs on the wall, on which you can watch movies.
